1. Service Description
DataBundleGH is an independent platform that facilitates the purchase of mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo. We act as an intermediary between you and the network operators.
2. User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for entering the correct recipient phone number and selecting the correct network.
- Payment Authorization: By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the Mobile Money account used for the transaction.
3. Delivery and Network Downtime
- Instant Delivery: Data is normally delivered within minutes after successful MoMo payment.
- Network Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to issues with MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo, or the payment gateway. DataBundleGH is not liable for delays caused by third-party infrastructure.
4. Refund Policy
- Wrong Number: No refunds are available if data is delivered successfully to the wrong phone number you entered.
- Failed Transactions: If your MoMo payment is deducted but the data is not delivered due to our system error, we will retry the order or issue a full refund to the original Mobile Money account within 24 hours.
5. Prohibited Activities
Do not use DataBundleGH for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities. We may block your IP address or phone number if suspicious behavior is detected.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, DataBundleGH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including business loss caused by delayed internet connectivity.
